Sadly, I won't be returning . My husband and my daughter went in, and my husband was looking for a work coat, and they got followed around the whole store. Not by one a couple of the employees. I guess they thought they were going to steal something. I'm just disappointed. Need to do better.

Wow! I haven’t had this great of a retail experience in awhile so I have to write a review. I’ve never been in a Boot Barn but the selection was overwhelming for boots, hats, belts. I have been wanting boots for awhile but was unsure of what I needed. The nice lady that helped me, Darcelle, was a wealth of knowledge and so helpful in asking the right questions to make sure I was getting the best pair for my needs. But she also was not clingy and left me alone so I could go back and forth over the 8 pairs I tried on. Then she helped me find a great hat that I didn’t know I needed. Highly recommend for great customer service and great product.

When I got there I got greeted by these 2 very nice women answered all my question I had for the boots I purchased and provided very well costumer service almena and Stacy were very nice and welcoming
