My family and I were tenants of the Jason Born Property Management company for 5 years in two separate houses. The team is very kind and they were quick to address issues. They have an online portal to report issues and communicate concerns. The app is easy to use. When we moved out, they were fair in returning the deposit. I highly recommend them!

I was a tenant of the house managed by Born Property Management. Very happy with communication to discuss any issues. All the processes can be done very easily and quickly through their web site. Overall have a great experience with them, highly recommend!

I recently had a 5-star experience working with Frank Bautista from Jason Born Property Management. Frank assisted me with the entire process from start to finish for my apartment. I was looking for a new apartment to rent and found this one online. Frank was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful answering all of my many questions. He was eager to help me with the lease, renter's insurance, and even questions I had regarding utilities. I highly recommend working with Frank and will definitely recommend him to my friends that are looking for help with their next move!
