I was coming back from work and didn’t have the cleanest clothes on but decided to stop by Borthwick Jewelry anyways.

When I came in, an employee approached and asked if I was interested in see some products. After a bit of a walk around the store I was approached by a man with a gold chain and 2 big ring that said “DIAMOND KING”. I later learned that he was the owner.

He asked if I was looking for a ring for my babe. I replied no. Then he kept asking profoundly ”WHY, WHY, WHY” many times over, loudly, after my answers. He was very pushy and really mean with me.

I told him I was just looking around.

Then him told me that his cameras were watch me, and that I was making him very nervous. As if I was going to steal something from his store!!😳

Don’t recommend to anyone.

My Wedding ring was missing a diamond although we did not get this ring from this establishment only because we didn’t know of it I brought my ring to them. I believe my ring was even under warranty at my previous jeweler but I trust this establishment. They were super fast. My ring is perfect. Can’t even tell it had major work done to it. They were affordable and the team is incredible. Since moving here we have only bought and recommended this place to all our friends.

We are extremely pleased with the service we received. We had two rings appraised for insurance purposes. The work was thorough, affordable and the turn around excellent. The people were friendly and knowledgeable. The shop is easy to get to and there is ample free parking. We will definitely go back should the need arise. I highly recommend Bothwick.
