They’re awesome. I had a very good experience here. We spent 2 hours for trying different suits and shirts, and the sells man are always very patient and professional. This time is for my wedding. I’ll definitely come back if I need another suit in future!
I bought a tux here a couple weeks ago and had fantastic customer service.
However, I can see why it gets some bad reviews. There were three employees in the store and only one of them was helping customers.
When I went into the store I asked one of the not-so-helpful employees for assistance. He was completely disinterested. I left for a few minutes to check out Nordstrom's selection.
When I came back I was lucky to get helped by the one young man who had a pulse. Can't remember his name but he was younger, tall and slender, African-American male. He got me in and out in 30 minutes with a perfect fit and look.
