Everyone was very professional and went out of their way to help us. We were approached right away and made to feel welcomed. Display furniture was easy to move to look at what we wanted. Associate took time to help us measure and re measure the sofa bed we liked. He pulled out all of the 3 types of mattresses and let us lay on them to gauge for ourselves if they were comfortable enough. We were given ample time to sort through the fabric choices without, feeling rushed. It was the first place we went looking for a sofa bed. They encouraged us to look around at other options and places. We ended up going back and buying our new sofa there.

Today Keith and Steve came by and repacked a chair we bought from their store two years ago. I cannot tell you how appreciative and happy we are with the job they did. That single follow up service call will make me recommend Boswells to friends and family in the future. I especially like the friendly attitude.. nothing was a hassle.

Don't special order anything from this store! I ordered and paid $1000 down on a chair last August 31. I was going to Arizona for the winter so the 6-month back order they mentioned did not concern me. When I returned home, I checked in with them and was told they had mentioned a 9-month back order time. My receipt for the deposit says 6+ months and never was I told 9 months or more. It is now the end of the 9th month and I have not heard a single word from them about my chair. We have purchased several other items from them but they were items already in the store. If you don't see it physically see it in the store, don't special order. Their communication with customers is atrocious.
