This was my first visit to this shop to gather some items for my alter. I felt uncomfortable as my Spanish speaking skills are very poor but the shop owner, Cesar, treated my extremely well and was very accommodating. His English was perfect as he told me a bit of the story behind Santa Muerte. Very fascinating and much respect to this beautiful Saint! Cesar shook my hand before I left and it made me smile as I felt a surge of peaceful white light wash over and dazzle me for several seconds. He has amazing energy and a tender loving vibe. I will definitely be back for smudges and herbs, and perhaps a statue! BTW, all the men in the shop do Tarot readings. Very cool!

The employees are very nice…but only one spoke English. I love the store overall but the prices are extremely high for the candles. I lived in LA where a St Michael candle was about 3-4 dollars, here it’s $10 :( but the other products were decently priced.
