I am very dissatisfied. My teenager started seeing Davita. He was on 100mg of Sertraline. After her first appointment via Telehealth, with my son, she prescribed 125mg but with the idea he would need to increase at 150mg. So, she prescribed 100mg tablets plus 50 mg tablets that I had to cut in half. In December, my son was not doing g great and he left a voicemail for Davita. She called back while my son was in a shower. So, I discussed with him the issue. She said that I should give him the full 50mg to a total dose of 150mg. Then, my son had a follow up appointment on January 3rd. He did not know his dose as I am the one managing his meds. So, Davita sent a 125mg prescription of Sertraline. I noticed the issue when I was about to pay for the meds. So, I put a hold on my order, and contacted the office Sunday evening. Ever since, I emailed many times, my son called, I called. Since Monday, I keep being told that my messages are forwarded to Davita. NO ANSWER OR CORRECTED PRESCRIPTION AS OF TODAY, FRIDAY. I do not think there is an office manage to solve my problem. Every day, I only keep hearing that my messages are being forwarded. So, even though my son was on 150 mg of Sertraline since December, I have no choice but to pay for the 125mg of Sertraline, which is kind of being backward to October or November. This is unacceptable that I never heard from Davita or anyone else to actually correct the error for the new prescription. They know my son is out of meds of his 150mg, yet, no action is being done. Tbe 48 hours turnover for a prescription is a joke. Highly, highly frustrated with Davita and the office and the lack of FOLLOWUP.
