Newish to the Bothell area & I was not happy with my first choice of optometrist for the 3 people in our family that needed an eye specialist. So I searched long, hard & we patiently awaited for our appointment with Dr. Eng. All 3 of our family were very happy & satisfied with him from start to finish. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable & genuinely helpful. Without a doubt, this will definitely be our permanent Vision Center.

Dr. Lim has been my eye doctor for many years. She is thorough, professional, and always explains every procedure. She is the best, and I would recommend her to anyone!!

I have been very pleased with the care and attention to my eye issues from the doctor. She very accommodating of me getting lost and being late to the appointment. I was disappointed in the lack of attention from the man that orders glasses. When I picked them up he didn’t offer to look at the fit of the glasses, I had to ask him to and even then he just glanced at me and said they looked ok. I asked him to balance the stems around my ears and he acted like I was being a total pest. He didn’t even come out from behind the reception counter. I spent a lot of money on new glasses and lenses and he didn’t even clean off his messy fingerprints on the new lenses. That was aggravating.
