Had a leaky hot water line on my washer. Called on a Saturday night late and Pride Plumbing plumber was there first thing on Sunday morning to fix it. Did a good fix and gave a good rate too. Highly recommend.

Pride Plumbing is great. Have used them twice now for major work at my very old house in Seattle (drain line replacement and sewer line replacement). Very impressed with their expertise and - important to me - friendliness. They have an excellent website, which is how I found them in the first place, andboth the phone staff and the service staff are great. I especially enjoyed Riley, the job supervisor, and Paul, who was the main plumber on the most recent job. Both are very nice and patient in addition to being excellent at what they do. The owner even came by to check on the work, and took the time tochat and answer questions. Something special: they call back after the work is done to be sure you're satisfied.

I've always had positive experiences with Pride Plumbing, so when my clean-out caps needed replacement, I called them up. Joe was dispatched to handle my job, and I was not disappointed by his skill and efficiency. Joe was professional, polite and nice to deal with. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. Overall, Pride Plumbing provides excellent customer service and value for its customers.
