Seriously incredible customer service!
I indicated on the order form that I would need the label by a certain date and Laura from constumer service emailed me within the day to let me know that I would have to change the shipping rate in order to recieve it by that date. I let her know that she could go ahead and change the shipping rate. When I realized not much later that I wouldn't need it that early and didn't want to pay the extra shipping cost, I emailed asking if we could change it back and she did that for me as well! Such a good experience. I haven't received the labels yet and possibly won't receive them until the middle of next week. But if they are half as wonderful as their customer service was, they''ll be incredible!! If they are not as wonderful as I expect them to be, it will be worth it for the customer service alone!
