Fantastic museum, newly refurbished, interesting displays and beautiful grounds. Many thanks to Matt who gave us an amazing tour, explaining the history of Grand Forks and plans for expanding what the museum will cover.

Outstanding representation of life in Grand Forks and the Doukhobors. The location in an old school house was poignant and the many artefacts and photos gave a good understanding of the history.
The info about the Doukhobors was excellent as was the staff who were very knowledgeable.

This is a lovely little museum that covers the history of the many diverse peoples in the area. The main draw is Matthew, the museum’s curator. He’s very knowledgeable and personable. As we were the only people visiting, he gave us our own private tour of the museum and added some great context to the exhibits. Would recommend a visit if you’re in the area.
