Exceptional! Our school recently had two back to back end of the year parties at Bowlero Vacaville. The wonderful service started at the time of booking the event. Melissa was extremely helpful, patient, kind and accommodating. She was efficient and prompt at drawing up options for our large group. Willing to customize for our needs. Once party day arrived the general manager Ralph greeted us with a smile and a true servants heart. He made sure the whole event went as smoothly as possible. The staff were all awesome and patient. Food was excellent, I honestly didn’t have high hopes however I was pleasantly surprised! The location / bathroom very clean. Music was good. Overall it was a 20/10. I purchased the summer bowling pass, and would HIGHLY recommend any other family with kiddos to purchase as well. Thank you Bowlero Vacaville

We were in the area to celebrate a birthday. The lanes and overall facility was really nice. The arcade is fairly big. Prizes are a bit lacking, but it is what it is. The bar is stocked and well priced. Food was decent. Pool tables were free to use and were first come first serve.

RALPH IS AMAZING !!! His heart is genuine !!! Words really can’t describe the amount of appreciation my family and I have for Ralph. My brother wanted to propose inside of laser tag arena, and Ralph made sure everything went seamlessly! He was extremely happy to help, and he came up with a great idea for the proposal! Ralph also made sure the staff was on board with the plans. Everything was perfect!!! Thank you Ralph + staff!!
