Used to be a solid four stars, doctors and administration were all skilled and friendly.
Doctors Calip and Ataipour were excellent to me, Doctor Ataipour probably knows me better than anyone else in my life does.
Coming back to leave the three stars because the business side of things was abysmal during Covid. Pricing remained the same, while the quality of services dropped. The monetary burden of the doctors' car leases and mortgages shouldn't fall on my back just because the economy isn't always strong. Many people aren't mentally in a place where finding a new doctor is convenient or practical, I honestly felt trapped with bad service and only continued because I needed someone to prescribe my mess.
What was initially a totally positive experience is now something I look back on as a time I was scammed by the industry.
