Horrible Customer Service. I called to talk about a replacement and the moment the gentleman heard what I was inquiring about a repair on, he immediately became dismissive. If you need Neon service, just go elsewhere where they'll be happy to serve you and take the money you're willing to give to support their business. It's 2023 and businesses ran like this will not survive.

Always had good service with Jeff if you want quality neon sign work this the guy you want to see he has repaired tons of my porcelain neon signs from massive 15 foot wide signs to small custom projects .
