Got regular electricity for a premium price. Wanted a super charger and twin turbos but all I got was shocked!

First time I charged here it took me a while to get it to work. I did the app and did it manually and kept saying it was 'preparing' but then timed out eventually and I had to start over. I don't know why it finally worked after 5 or 6 tries. The second day I stopped here I never got it working.

$.48/kwh, $25 minimum authorization. first 2 units require an app to use, rendering only 2 other units useable. No, i won’t download your app. Why is that even necessary?
