Michael is such a stand up guy, he is always on top of our appliance repairs. Great communication, customer service. If we send him in front of a client or tenant they always say the same. This service keeps appliances out of the landfills and saves us from annoying logistics like picking new appliances delivery timelines and disposal. He is very knowledgeable and a great problem solver. What's best is his upmost understanding of how this is an urgent need in most cases. We highly recommend this company and its services!
