Highly recommended! We recently worked with Brad to sell our home in Capitol Hill. From first meeting Brad, we felt very comfortable with him and were impressed with his extensive level of experience and market knowledge. He is very engaging and easy to talk to. One thing we really liked is that we were always able to work directly with Brad, as he isn’t a large team where you end up working with an underling. Brad was always available for us and kept in close contact with us throughout the whole process. We are now settled in our new home outside of Seattle, but if we return to the city we would definitely hire Brad!
