Took my car for front brakes because it was shaking every time I hit the breaks, they put apparently the new brakes and the issue persisted after 2 days, took it again and they told me they fixed, few days later was not only the vibration I hit the break but an awful noise, I call to complain but didn’t take back my truck anymore, I went to other mechanic and they told me that the brakes they used were very cheap and that the rotor was to scratched, and imposible to be fixed, I knew it was the rotor but brake master denied both times. Donald the manager was not helpful at all, he had this attitude of passive agressive, that translated means I don’t care about customers. Avoid taking your car here.
