Brandon Tatum - Preferred Rate

Brandon is absolutely AMAZING!!!! AND HONEST!!!!! he worked hard for us!!! This is the first time ever buying a home and he made everything so clear and EASY!!!! he told us what options we qualified for and which one would be best for us. I told him what I wanted and he told me what I needed to do to obtain that. I work long hours and he worked around my schedule. He was available for questions any time. I could always reach him. I was amazed at how open and the transparency was with Brandon and his team. We got a lower Interest rate than any other offer out there with him and his team. If this is your first time buying a home, don't be scared! Yes it's scary and a huge commitment but seriously, Brandon will take care of you and I was amazed at how easy it was to do everything. But his work didn't stop there! After we got the keys to our new home....him and my agent met us at the new home with a new Welcome Home mat, some beautiful wine glasses and my favorite...a bottle of vodka lol. And we gave him the grand tour of our new home! Once we get the back yard all fixed to our liking, him and his team are invited over for a BBQ!!!
