From my couple of trips in to B&B, I got the impression that the owner is the type of guy that genuinely wants to help cust's, not just sell products. Ultimately sales & repeat business is downstream from customer service. Let's give this independent shop a chance to thrive. Penny pinchers don't need to read this (because you won't get it) but it's getting more difficult all the time, for small businesses to compete with the big box stores. Paying a few extra bucks to the right people, for the right reasons is good for your karma & for our community.

Over the last few years i have been quite displeased with customer service from gun stores in the area, but my latest experience (today, 11/3/23), has renewed my confidence that excellent customer service still exists. I had a great experience today doing my paperwork for a new handgun. Many thanks to the B&B staff. (Riley specifically). Thanks, Ken
