Awesome experience! Love my color and condition treatment. My cut was perfect! I've been searching for nearly a year since my favorite stylist retired to find her replacement. I'm DONE!!! THANKS SO MUCH Shannon Ballantine.

I went in to have my eyebrows done. I decided to splurge and get my lip and chin done ($30 for face). I discussed that price and decision with the stylist. It was a great experience, then she told me it was $45 (after the service was already done, she’d already waxed everything). I asked the lady at the counter to verify the cost of the face wax and she then told me that the listed pricing is a starting price and that each stylist charges from there on up. I really wish my stylist had corrected me when we discussed $30 as being the price.... I was already splurging at that and walked out having spent $50 after tip. It was a great experience, I just felt like I was taken advantage of with the price... I didn’t want to argue. It was an uncomfortable transaction. So just know that they’re going to charge you whatever they want and that the prices they list are not an exact reflection of what you’ll be paying. I didn’t really have it in my budget to spend that much.... 🤷♀️

I really like my hair stylist she was very sweet and just an out going person wish I knew her name. She did cut my hair a little shorter than I wanted but that's okay hair grows:)) Anways everyone that works there are really nice. I will for sure come back December or late January for another hair cut!
