Hands down the worst customer service and sales team on the planet! Total attitude when on the phone and they don’t solve the problem. They sent me a replacement part for my shower component that dip not work after being installed. So I paid a plumber to come out and install it. Still did not fix the problem and now it’s worse. So when I called back they said that that part would not fix it and they are sending me something else. Every salesperson gives you a different answer and with total attitude like you are bothering them to do their JOB! It costs lots of $$$ to get plumbers out. 1k later in plumber costs and still not fixed. Don’t order from them!

I want to say that my customer service experience was very different from what many reviewers say. We lost a handle cap from our beautiful Newport Brass bathroom sink faucet set, and when I called customer service, a very nice woman named Jennifer M. heard my problem, and arranged to send me a replacement at no charge. That service, from Jennifer, and Brasstech, is worth a 5 star review. And we love the faucet set. Thank you.

I purchased a kitchen faucet from the company and the spout is so short you can barely fit a pot to clean it. The handles are so small they fit only in the palm of my grandsons hand. Let the company know that this is not good at all. It's really bad. They said I can return it but have to pay a restocking fee............for their inadequate faucet. They inform me I have to pay over 30% fee. Around $300. Omg. Is that a good company to do business with? Do they back their product? I can't believe what is happening. Beware............stay away..........doesn't care about their customers at all. When you buy junk and want to return it they take $300 from you. BBB should hear about this. Be careful. Will get ripped off
