Sorry to do this, but we recently bought a house that had been reroofed two years prior. It was done by Brazil's Roofing. As we were going over the home owners inspection we noticed that they had installed the ceiling vent very poorly which caused a piece of plywood to sustain major wood rot. We called Brazil's and the came out and replaced the boards and fixed the vent. Upon further inspection we noticed that the very board that they replaced was not nailed down to the trim. So we had them back out to fix it. Upon further inspection the problem is still not fixed and we are going into the rainy season with a room that has an obvious problem. These guys replaced smaller portions of roof on my townhouse a couple of years ago. They did a fantastic job and the leak over my garage was fixed. My prior roof had OSB hanging into the gutter which, during heavy downpours, would have water soak and rot the OSB. Brazils trimmed the plywood perfectly so that wont happen again. And, best of all, they offer reasonable prices and were timely to come install the new portions of roof. I hope to do business with them again in the future.

Showed up on time and completed a winter re-roof while keeping everything inside dry. They kept their prices reasonable. We had quotes from 2020 re quoted in 2023 and my prior bids from other roofers doubled in price over 3 years. Brazil's roofing kept their price and garenteed that price for 6 months.
