Appliance fell apart and they won't warranty it. I have all the broken pieces too. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND. I wish there was a zero star rating.

I received their S'more maker as a gift. The kids and I were very excited to make them on Christmas Day. As soon as we plugged it in, there was a loud popping noise and smoke. The outlet is black. I contacted them to see if an exchange was possible and never heard back. Just rude.

I bought a Brentwood toaster (TS-270BL) at Walmart about 6 weeks ago. After a few days it stopped working. I called Brentwood customer service for assistance. They acknowledged that this model has a known quality defect but they refused to offer any assistance because I no longer have a receipt. Their advice was "take it back to Walmart, ask for an in-store credit and buy a better toaster". This is pretty telling about the company and product quality. I will not buy another Brentwood product and would recommend you don't either.
