CLOSES AT 4:00 PM MOST DAYS, NOT 4:30 PM!!!! Great place to obtain rocks, mulch, and dirt! The employees are very helpful and load up the material quickly.

Great place to shop for landscape needs, They have wide varieties of rocks, mulch, Sand and soil. Customer service was good.

If I can give a zero, I will. Let me share the experience. On October 26th, I stored into the shop, one guy next to door was nice and asked me what help I needed, then he directed me to a clerk on duty. Something odd begins after this. The clerk (obviously I don't have his name), a male in 30s or 40s had conversation with me about my needs. Most of the answers I got from him is about a few words, usually there words. For example, "up to you", like a cashier in Walmart. Ok I knew I couldn't get much advice from him, and decided to order 9 yards of bark from my front yard. The next day which is today Oct 27th, almost near the end of delivery window, I did not see the truck come Ong. Called. Replied it is not the way. Then it comes with a driver in 60s. I noticed it does not look like 9yards and asked the driver to confirm it is 9 yards. He said yes. First two mins are peaceful. Then the accident occurred with no warning. The inexperienced driver damaged a very big part of freshly installed weed blocker fabric when he backed his truck (see pictures). This is one day of my work! Gone. I called the office immediately, a guy picked up phone, I told him the driver damaged my fabric badly, come here to take a look of it. You know what he replied : " I cannot hear you, it is very noisy on your side... " my iPhone has noise channeling feature and someone is lying... I hanged up a few min later. Called back. This time the same guy asked me to hold for a second. Ok I waited.. he answered me after a few mins. This time did not mention any noise from my phone. I told he what happened. This time he got the full story of the damage as the delivered has called the office while he was near my property premise. Guess what, no word of sorry or apology. I told him get your manager and talk to me by the end of the work day. He said I can go ahead to let social media to know the story. It is 4:28pm same day, no return call. As I cannot wait, I will have to go ahead to do the repair after sending this message. I have used many material delivery company, Everygreen materials, Payless rockery, U save materials, OneSite material supply, just name a few. No other company had any accident during delivery. Usually an experienced driver will inspect the site to see if it is safe to unload the material for customer, if not, he will give you alternative as safety is no one property. Today's driver has no experience on what he can or cannot do. Just do it boldly and damage my material badly. Another three hours of work after get additional materials. I put some photos in this message to show some details Brentwood decorative rock, manager, owner, give me a call. Explain how do you want to cover the damage to my fabric, how to show you delivered 9 yards of bark to my property, it is less than 9 yards.. my experience over the years tells me that!
