Nurse here, Save yourself an headache.
I was really hopeful about the dentist and staying a patient but after the way the office management has handled my case I will look elsewhere.
If you have dental insurance make sure you get your bill reviewed and don’t accept services until you talk with your insurance. I went in for a cleaning and first time appointment and still ended up with a $1200 bill. Felt pressured because they review your bill while you’re in the chair. Felt rushed by dentist. The hygienist was awesome and was going to keep going with this practice because of her until the office management.
Office is disorganized and you can’t get a correct answer. If you’re on a payment plan don’t pay early because the system they have will keep withdrawing and you have to fight to get your money refunded. I hope they fix it or change the system. Attempting to get my money refunded has been a challenge. I feel like I’m chasing them to correct their mistakes.
Will open a fraud case with my bank because of the poor customer service and the inability to get someone on the phone who can give me a straight answer.
I want to thank Smiles Dentistry for doing a great job with me,very professional and organized my doctor who examine me was the best in the business, my x-ray tech was excellent too.when back for deep cleaning with Rebekah (RDH) she did an excellent job on me. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, I didn't want my deep cleaning to come to an end. I highly recommend BRENTWOOD SMILES DENTISTRY. THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE WEST THANK YOU ALL !!!
