The work is good.
But this is my rant, they are quick to take your money but if you are 10 mins late to an appointment they cancel it. They also run late on every appointment. The front desk ladies are snobby and rude. Definitely learned my lesson coming here.
We love this place! I had my oldest daughter, and my braces done by a competitor and the experience was terrible. We switched to Bret Johnson for my remaining 2 daughters to have orthodontic treatment and it has been a night and day difference. Dr. Bret Johnson is high energy and upbeat. His assistants are always sweet and gentle, and they talk you through the procedure. Both of my daughters are more complex orthodontic care as one requires a jaw expander, and the other has all her adult teeth coming in from the front two teeth holes causing root damage (they are all crooked, and not coming down straight, like they should). Dr. Bret Johnson has been just awesome on caring for my children's complex care. I would recommend his team in a heartbeat!
