Dr Levine and staff made me feel comfortable and confident that they could resolve my hearing issue. Dr Levine listened and answered my concerns. The procedure was quick and minimally uncomfortable.
It was a positive experience.

Maybe Dr. Levine is great for surgeries but his bedside manner leaves something to be desired. He seemed mildly condescending & slightly impatient during a routine office visit.

Dr. Levine was professional, to the point, and honestly answered the questions I asked. He was much more informative then other doctors that I had presented my issues to. On an additional note, the staff was spot on, welcoming and courteous. If you step out for a phone call they would check if you are outside.
