We called & he said he would be here at 1:30 p.m. never showed until 6:15 p.m. looked at our problem, said he didn’t have his scope with him & would return the next day at noon. Never showed up or called. Looking for someone else. Horrible customer service.

They came to my house. I showed them all the bees in my bathroom and the one's swarming outside the bathroom window. Turns out they were making a home in the air duct that runs from the bathroom to the outside. Let's just.say there were no more bee's in about 15 minutes and they were leaving that fast headed to the next customer. Good job Brian's Bee 🐝 Removal!

I had a colony of bees clustered around the queen in one of our trees by the driveway, which I noticed around 4 in the afternoon. Bryan responded to my message promptly and scheduled me for live removal at 7:00 the next morning, before the bees could become active. He and his beekeeper came on time, and the job was done within 30 minutes. The price was reasonable ($150 for our job), and includes follow up treatment of the area to make sure they don’t return. Bryan called me a few days later to report that the colony now resides in a Redlands orange grove. I recommend his service.
