Awful customer service experience. My wife purchased a new sealed set. Turns out my son already owned it. So we had receipt and returned 4 days later. Clerk said they do not do returns. Then I read the return policy to him on the receipt. He thanked me sarcastically for "reading their return policy so carefully" then offered store credit. My son wanted different Legos so I said yes, sure. Then he tried to offer me $40 of credit when we were returning something that cost $80!!!! I had to argue that we were going to end up purchasing the Legos from them, and then he conceded and gave me $80 store credit
Terrible customer service who don't honor their own written policies other than "cash prices" which is clearly listed. This store may be OK if you know what you want and come pay cash, but if you need to return or exchange, BUYER BEWARE. We will not be coming back.
The prices are legit, they are only more if you pay with a credit/debit card. Don’t let these poor reviews of others mislead you, this store is a hidden gem….literally it was very hard to find lol my gps stopped working when I arrived on the mall grounds and there’s not much signage around but with the help of asking around and looking to the local mall directory I found the store with minimal problems! I will definitely be back, as a growing adult that has enjoyed getting back into lego something I always enjoyed as a kid, but now I have control as to how vast my creative powers can grow!!
