Words cannot describe the awesome experience I had at Brides for a Cause. It was recommended to me actually from a complete stranger when a wedding/engagement conversation started and I was asked about my wedding dress (which I hadn’t gotten yet, and was starting to have a short timeline). After going to another bridal shop in Seattle (which was wonderful) and not finding many off the rack options, we went to option 2 which was Brides for a Cause. Booking an online appointment was easy and free. The shop is packed with an amazing assortment of wedding dresses all organized by size and general style. The staff at the front gives you a general run down of the process and away you go. Given my fiancé and I are quite independent and self sufficient, we actually enjoyed the process of finding a dress just us two. An hour later and a handful of dresses later, we found “the one”… we had happy tears and all! Turns out the dress had never even been worn, and was a “sample” dress from another bridal boutique. And here’s the amazing part, a $1600 dress for $250. It already fits like a glove so it will need very minor alterations and a good clean, and she’s a brand new, never been worn dress. I was blown away, and extremely pleased. The dress is trendy, absolutely stunning, and I even found it still available on the designers website.

Love this place, such a great idea and amazing prices. Was so happy to find my wedding dress at Brides for a Cause. Very casual environment (almost like a thrift store) to try on different types of dresses. The staff was super friendly and helped me with all the zippers and everything! Very kind and informative!
All my friends live on the east coast so I was able to hold my dress for 24 hours while making a decision! Easy to pay over the phone/email! Would highly recommend!
