The check-in was fast. We were already in our room less than 5 minutes after arriving at this motel. The lady at the check-in desk was respectful and professional to my partner and I. The customer service was good.

Loved it! Friendly staff, great room!! It was the perfect stop to put us in proximity to area attractions. Truly a gem! If you stay, check out the brew pub across the street and the ice cream place on the east end of the town. You won't regret it. The setting was great.

We tried to stay at this motel but was given a filthy room (#15) that had an unflushed toilet, trash in the wastebasket and smelled like smoke. Unbelievably dirty. We were in the room for less than a minute. We immediately went back to the front desk and told the lady (who was very nice and apologetic) about the room and she offered us a different room, but we declined. We are not getting our money back because management does not believe in refunds. No services or accommodations were rendered, but we still had to pay $186.00. |Avoid this place. We ended up staying at the cascade cottages and had a great experience
