So this is now my second time going in. The first time was great. 5/5 stars I got my eye exam and new glasses and was fine.
2nd time going in I just needed a new exam, contacts and a single back up pair of glasses. Contacts and exam were fine. They decided to use my 2019 script for my glasses instead if the 2024 one because "it's still valid tell 2026"
I used insurance for my contacts and paid out of pocket for my glasses, the glasses came out to under $200 total
I felt rushed to get out after they handed me my glasses and when I told them there was a problem all I got was excuses and deflection. I don't plan on returning after this.
I recently visited here as a new patient for a medical eye exam. What I thought was pink eye is actually an occular eye disease. Ugh.
Hard news to hear, but Dr Ho was extremely helpful with thoroughly explaining the condition and even showing me the video of what my eye looked like. He prescribed medication to help the flare up and gave a referral to a retinal specialist.
The support staff at this office were amazing from the call to book the appointment to when I left. I was visibly upset receiving this diagnosis and as I had tears in my eyes at check out, they were all so kind to me. I appreciate Dr Ho and his staff and will definitely be returning to update my lens prescription when this flare up subsides. 🤓
