Great place to stop in and eat after visiting Multnomah Falls, It’s less than 20 minutes away and offers really nice views. Food is pretty good. They have typical American food options: cheese burger, Mac and cheese, tenders, fries, fish and chips, Reuben sandwiches and clam chowder :) they also have beer and hard cider options.
Different set up , you order at the counter sit down and then they bring you your food . It’s definitely time saving since you have to pay at the counter.
You also have access to a gift shop toward the front of the establishment.
i got the fettuccini alfredo here for the most part, the noodles itself was pretty good - the pasta was cooked to a pretty nice level however, my problem with this dish was there was just wayy too much alfredo sauce and cheese in said sauce after about halfway, it began to get overwhelming, so i was only able to finish half this dish if the pasta was cooked in about half the sauce, and the sauce had less cheese, i think this could be fantastic. Unfortunately, it just became inedible after a short while
The part that I did like was the bread on the side. The starchiness of the bread served as a welcome contrast being able to be dipped in the sauce. Since the sauce was now a complement rather than the main part of each bite, it became a lot better
The price was pretty cheap (around 13 dollars), and the portion size was decent, so that was nice
I will say this place gets a few points for having a really nice river view
Overall, can see the potential here, but definitely too excessive. 5/10
