I would highly recommend Bridgewood Rentals for a (budget) wedding. We had a tight budget to work with, and they accommodated us perfectly. I was both the bride and wedding planner, so up to 2 days before the wedding I still realized I needed to make some adjustments, and it was not a problem to make last minute changes at all! The team they sent to set up the tent, lightning and dance floor (outdoor tented wedding) was extremely helpful, quick and professional! They communicated very well with me and did even more than they needed to do. All the materials we rented (which was everything from tables to linnen to tableware) were high quality and as we expected. They really helped us to plan a (as far as possible) stress-free wedding, so thank you Bridgewood team!
We have yet to actually receive our rentals from Barclay. However, we will say that thus far every interaction with them has been wonderful.
In the beginning we originally were going to go with a different event rental company - but were left with a bad taste in our mouth. So, Barclay has been a breath of fresh air. And we are confident in their ability to pull through on our big day!

I will say that my contact person Kelsey was amazing! She was prompt, responsive and if any mistakes were made (on invoicing) she was on top of it most times before I even said anything.
Setup and pickup are where it got a bit rough. We provided measurements for a pipe and drape along a wall in a ballroom. Unfortunately, the measurements were not followed and they setup the pipe and drape to extend too far - preventing a wall partition from closing.
The venue and the rental company were in charge of pickup. The venue set everything aside and took all items down - and somewhere in the mix, items were lost. We understand that we are responsible for the lost items (minimal cost) - however, it is a bit annoying that these details were not ironed out between the two vendors and/or immediately following the event. We were notified almost a week later - being asked to locate items at a venue location we were no longer at.
We worked with Bridgewood Events for an event we were having in our home. We rented tables, chairs, linens, and catering equipment. All the members of their staff were a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful and responsive. They had a great selection of items and we were able to really customize and transform our home for our event. I also found their pricing to be very reasonable. They were also able to make changes to our order just a few days before the event.
I highly recommend them and would definitely work with them again. I would especially like to thank Jen who helped us through the whole process.
