Great tour of the mill with very helpful friendly people. My knitting wife bought a ton (he he, at least it seemed to me) of raw spun wool. Really friendly, helpful people.

Very disappointed in the customer service. The woman working front desk today was nothing short of hostile, and rude. Every question and remark I made in store was accompanied by snippy responses and nastiness. I chose not to make any purchases due to her attitude.
