Jacob, the owner, responded quickly to an emergency call we placed for help getting our coffee roaster back up and running. It was late afternoon and Jacob's team were busy working other jobs so Jacob came out himself and took care of us. He made quick work of diagnosing the issue and had us back up and running less than 30 mins after he arrived. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommend Bright Design Electric!

Jacob came out to my house on short notice. I had a project come up that needed a quick turn around. On top of giving me a quick quick estimate, he also checked a mini split that I had a question about. He was very knowledgeable and I could tell he took his work seriously.

During a recent heat wave, our electricity went out in parts of three different rooms. We tried our own troubleshooting with no luck. We called our home warranty company, and they set up an appointment with Bright Design Electric, who contacted us right away & said that Jacob, the owner, would be there that same day. Jacob arrived, figured out the issue right away, and fixed the problem quickly. We were very pleased with his work and talked with him about coming back & doing some more work for us, which we will be doing. As much as I detest the home warranty company (Select Home Warranty), they at least did ONE thing right by sending us Jacob!
