Always friendly, wont try to get you to do unnecessary dental work. Office is very clean and rarely have to wait very long. The dentist is gentle, kind and explains what needs to be done and why. The staff is helpful, courteous and attentive.

I have been waiting for this appointment for about a month. I had to request time off work ahead of time to be able to make it. I got a call from their receptionist 3 hours before my appointment asking me if I could go in earlier because they had a lot of cancellations. I explained that I couldn’t because I had requested time off work and I couldn’t leave earlier and that I had about a 45 minute drive. She said it was fine to go in but that I had to be there on time. Then she calls me back stating her doctor had a medical emergency. I know it was a lie. I have worked in the medical field and know that when patients cancel and the doctor wants to leave early that’s what they tell their patient. I confronted her and she just kept lying to me. She told me that earlier her doctor was considered and was willing to wait for me. Again this is a lie because she never put me on hold to ask her doctor anything. This facility is very unprofessional and unconsidered about people having to take time off work to make it to their appointments.
