My son had work there and they provided me an estimate to have his tooth removed. In the estimate they provided me prior to the procedure, the cost of sedation was not included. When he was taken back for the procedure the dental tech came out and said the doctor was sedating him, and I was notified by the front desk workers that dental insurance does not cover sedation. Consequently I had to pay over 500$ out of pocket for the procedure. I will be reporting this to the BBB

They will screw you in pricing. They will tell you one price and have you sign for one and then turn around and add 500 on to the total during procedure and not tell you til after. Then they will make you come back in and pay another 2200 for a crown after surgery. I had my first implants done here and didn't have this issue now there is an issue. What a waste of time and money.

The place is nice and so are staff. However it seems like a strictly business. All about the money. There needs to be some type of way that the patient with less income can be seen like those who have higher income. I wouldn't be coming back can not afford the prices! I understand inflation is very high and people lost a lot during the COVID at the same time lets not break your paitents!
