An absolutely awful experience. I was told when scheduling we could likely get things started during the first visit. Had an issue with my insurance so i arrive to having a bill. I told receptionist that they should make people aware of that before they show up. She said she wouldn’t have known, and that it’s up to my employer to tell me that. Argued with me and was not friendly. While filling out paperwork, I witnessed her be rude and nasty to a co-worker. Then proceeded to look at the customer in front of her and put a finger gun to her head and “pull the trigger”. The unprofessionalism of this lady was almost impressive. I get called back, the dentist tells me I need a cleaning and a root canal on a broken tooth. Both things I was aware if and hoped to get started on a this appointment. (since they said that shouldn’t be an issue.) Dentist pits the chair back up, and tells me to schedule an appointment to get everything started. To say i was frustrated was an understatement. I told them I wasn’t interested in another appointment, and that I wanted to pay my bill and be done. I explained my frustration of having to pay for absolutely nothing, and that i was under the impression work would be started right away and she said “yeah, we hear that all the time”. I should have left after the initial interactions, but I just wanted to get my teeth cleaned. The entire experience was awful.
