While I typically refrain from writing negative reviews, I believe it is important to share my experience to assist others in their search for a new dental place. Unfortunately, I have encountered recurring issues with this particular establishment. They frequently cancel and reschedule my appointments, citing reasons such as a shortage of staff or delays in processing my Invisalign trays. It has been more than six weeks since my last visit, and to make matters more challenging, the orthodontist is only available every other Thursday. As someone with a full-time job, receiving a call on the day of the appointment or the evening prior, necessitating a complete reshuffling of my work schedule, has been incredibly difficult. While the staff is pleasant, the lack of consistency is simply not acceptable. Had I been aware of these circumstances beforehand, I would have chosen an alternative dental provider.

Smoothest dentist in experience I’d had in years. New to the area and called around and after a great over the phone experience I booked the appt next day. They got me in immediately after filling out my paperwork and figured out my filling had fallen out so they filled it on the spot. Outstanding at setting clear expectations- highly recommend!
