I was given a 12:30 appointment for Wisdom Teeth Removal and was left waiting many hours to get my procedure done despite being told not to eat or drink for 8 hours prior. I have a medical condition and have to wake up early for work so its been over 16 hours since I've eaten or had any water and the reason I'm left to wait is because I have to be sedated and the doctor wants to get local anethesia removal patients out first because its faster. Why make my appointment at 1230 then? Im missing time at work. My designated driver is missing time at work so losing money for no reason. On top of that the referral for the procedure to get processed was supposed to be submitted when I came early Jan 2023 and it was never submitted so I had to have this procedure delayed and now that I have the appointment its still being delayed. This is ridiculous.

Had an appointment 1:20. I was told to show up early to fill out paperwork and be seen on time or to print out my paperwork to get there closer to my appointment time. Even tho I got there at 12:35 and filled out the paperwork before my appointment time. There was no one to even do my X-rays. I just left at 1:50 still not being seen for X-rays. Hopefully I can find a dentist who can see me today still (one that was dental assistants capable of doing X-rays)

First appointment went bad the dentist was arrogant and didn't go over what I needed they just provided me with the balance of what my treatment would cost. After being approved for financing I wasn't told there would be a down-payment prior to any dental services after the fact I had asked on my first appointment. I found that out the day of my treatment, prior to setting my second appointment the front office called me about a "missed" appointment. My mother also went to this office and same issues occurred when she went, it's obvious the front office is unorganized and the staff overall is garbage. Never coming back I rather pay for services at an office that is knowledgeable and fully understands and communicates with one another prior to contacting patients. Super unprofessional and don't understand why they have 4.0 stars!
