Connor provided excellent services from beginning till end of the project. The main highlight is that you can reach the person immediately rather than waiting to hear from someone whom you don’t know at the other end of the phone. We had rodent activity in our home and google searched for pest control services. We reached to atleast three other providers and Connor was the quickest to respond. Connor listened, explained, inspected thoroughly and provide d remediation . The other main highlights are that the products used are eco friendly and pet friendly. Most importantly Connor was flexible with his business approach and there wasn’t any binding contracts that I had to sign. I wholeheartedly recommend Brilliant pest services to anyone who is looking for pest control services. Thank you Connor in helping us keep our home pest free.

We have had our house serviced by Connor and Matthew of Brilliant Pest Control since June of 2023 and we could not be happier with the service, and with both of them. From the very first phone conversation with Connor I was extremely pleased with the quality of the communication and the honest answers to my many questions.

The change around our house has been like night and day. We used to live with all sorts of critters and the spiders were almost overwhelming but now, they are no longer a problem, at all. We have children and pets and I no longer have to worry about where they stick their fingers and/or noses.

As much as I love the results of their work, I also appreciate Connor and Matthew for the positive and helpful way they communicate and the way they present themselves, and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Our backyard was overrun with house flies. I reached out to a few companies and Connor replied quickly. He came out the same day to assess the situation, and was back the next day to get things done. Connor was so nice, he explained everything he was doing, and also gave us things we could do to keep them from coming back. I love that he gave us options and didn't pressure us into a regular service (although we did end up signing up for bi-monthly service). We've used another well known company in the past and ended up discontinuing for a variety of reasons (lack of communication and poor quality being the most notable, two things you will not experience with this company). Brilliant Pest Solutions is a small company with a big heart, and amazing results!
