Good sales experience. I worked with Kyle who was professional and knowledgeable. I took my time looking at the competition offerings but settled on New Holland for multiple reasons; primarily a solid sales staff and quality equipment. Can't go wrong with these folks!

The staff at Brim Tractor was amazing. I had an unidentified problem with my New Holland tractor and not only did they squeeze me in since I'm a bit of a distance away, they were able to fix the problem in about 2 hours. They were incredibly kind and courteous, help me unload and reload my tractor into the trailer and made sure I was chained down for the ride home just so I didn't have to worry. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right as rain. I've called them on multiple occasions when I'm out in the field and they've helped me troubleshoot I never made me feel silly even if it was something simple. They really know what customer service is about and we'll go out of their way to make sure you have everything that you need. Prices were reasonable and when they didn't have what I needed wait times for getting parts into the shop was quick. They have shipped me multiple items via UPS and I almost always get them the next day. I cannot recommend these guys enough. There really are a great crew.
