Very happy with exemplary service received from Brio, the new acupuncture clinic in The Dalles. Brenda is smart, kind, knowledgeable, generous, and works with integrity. She takes as much time as needed, and is thorough and caring. In the initial intake appointment, she considers all aspects of the patient's life to ensure the correct diagnosis and treatment plan. If you want herbs, she prescribes them as part of the appointment, rather than scheduling an additional appointment and charging for an "herbal consultation" . She doesn't push for unneeded follow-up appointments, and offers complimentary check-ins over the phone. It's such a relief to have an acupuncturist in The Dalles who cares about the customer, and is not just in it for the money. And...she takes Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance! Thank you, Brenda - we are lucky to have you.

Every treatment reinforces that Brenda Kaiser's masters in Acupuncture and Asian Medicine, plus her well-honed intuition, incredible expertise and deep concern for her clients results in amazing outcomes for my wellness. I find her acupuncture treatments and recommendations for Asian Medicine far superior to allopathic medical assistance.

Brenda is a joy to work with. From my first meeting with her, I sensed her confidence and then her competence in treatment.
I came in with respiratory problem. A paralytic left diaphragm that caused low oxygen saturation. Since my treatments, I believe 5 at this count, my O2 has come up to acceptable levels.
So glad I met Brenda and thankful for her expertise in this field.
