Quoted 280 after tax ended up being 330, also told 60 to 90 minites for tow truck to arrive and when i called an hour later they told me it was another 60 to 90 minutes before they got here actually ended up being 4 hours sitting in my car waiting. Asked to speak with a manager and they said one wasnt available to tapk at all. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.

They charged $250 for a tow of less than 2 miles! Time quote was 60-90 minutes, then at 90 minutes was told driver would be an additional 45 minutes, and just to let you no there is no refund if you want to cancel since driver is in route. They ask ridiculous questions with their call service that don't even pertain to the tow.

Got stranded and couldn't get my car started. Called AAA they sent Timmy from Bri's Tow trucks. He was very kind and gave the best customer service I have ever gotten from a towing company! He quickly checked out my car, turns out it's the battery. Gave me diagnostic printout and then he quickly got to changing my battery. Super fast and friendly service!
