The British Airways Lounge is a great spot to relax before your eligible flight. The food is good, with tasty salads, sandwiches, and cheeses that are fresh and well-prepared. The drink selection is impressive, with a good mix of wines, spirits, and soft drinks to choose from. The lounge itself is comfortable and stylish. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the experience even better.

A very crowded lounge with several groups of people standing waiting for a seat. Both stairs down or lift available. Mediocre hot food though made to order burger was good and nice that we could add mushrooms. Came with chips not fries. Fresh fruit was also good. Enjoyed the premade cocktails. Also a decent selection of wines. I appreciated the kindness of the servers.

Wow one of the worst biz class lounges I’ve been to. I’ll give them a minor pass that the kitchen is being renovated so no hot food. Everything was prepackaged in plastic grab and go salads, sandwiches and such. Thank god they had champagne! Very small lounge - felt like we were all huddled together in two big rooms. The staff were sweet and take care if things but yikes not a lovely to experience.
