Me and my friends broke down on Blewett Pass and the guy was well more than helpful. He even offered to help our problem the best he could. Very nice and understanding. Only thing is that the price was a lot. It sucked but we had no choice. I just appreciate the customer service.

Scott is great! I had a scary situation happen. We called BroBro's. Scott came out and helped me get rolling again. I would call him again in a heart beat. A real life saver!

My engine blew at the top of Snoqualmie. I called him and told him me and my 2 kids were stranded and his response was, "I'm getting in the truck now!" Super friendly, great with my kids, got there pretty quick. He was even able to recommend a shop to call in Cle Elum that could service a Hyundai. Highly recommend!
