I do not have a family member that is a resident here, but I have toured the facility and I was so impressed with the building, the staff, etc…. I had a great host, Jason, who answered al my questions and I can really tell his heart along with the other staff is committed to their patients… and the families who have to turn to this option.

I visited this place for my 93 year old mother in law with memory issues. The facility and management there are top notch! They not only showed their facility that is very well thought out. Jason the manager was able to give me some care taking tips that I could immediately use, plus I felt heard and understood.

The financial management and billing for this facility is so bad! Even after three submittals and copies of payment they still can not get things correct! They were never able to credit funds to the account and they lost payments that were directly handed to them! For $7800 a month your loved one will live in a room smaller than a dorm room. But it’s quite funny that they can not even track those funds they collect! The help is so underpaid and over worked. The direct care givers were the only blessing!
