If you want the best realtor, call Brooke. We’ve bought and sold properties in three states, and she is the by far the one who has put in max effort and worked the most in our favor out of the different agents we’ve ever worked with. Her communication skills are next level. She has an incredible ability to keep you deeply informed about what’s happening and potential directions that things could go-keeping all parties working toward getting you closed on your home. I feel like our situation was more complicated-we were living in another state, purchasing in WA, contingent on the WA house, and traveling out of the country for a bit. Whew! I truly believe if it weren’t for her, we wouldn’t be in our dream home. Soon, we are coming up on a full year here and I am still so grateful for her passion, knowledge, communication skills, and all around just a great human! She is a PRO. While I have no intention of moving again, if I ever did, she would be my first call. Can’t appreciate her enough! ♥️
